About: Summerhill Pointe is an apartment community located in The Lakes/Summerlin area and offers one, two, and three bedroom floor plans to choose from. A great presence at The Lakes, luxury, livability and the height of good living. A most dramatic setting, city lights to the east, and mountain backdrop to the west; both beauty and serenity.
Current Brand image: The current brand image of Summerhill Pointe is characterized for script font. This font reflects a welcoming vibe but at the same time is not elegant and modern. Also the font It varies in some applications such as the billboard or the website logo.
Proposals Inspiration: This new proposal for SummerHill Pointe is inspired by the incredible landscapes of Las Vegas and the 60’s classic billboards that are an icon of this city. These two axes combined bring this new modern brand image with classic vibes to life. This is why we proposed to create 2 unique hand made lettering to represent a SummerHill Pointe and positioning it as a leading-edge apartment community.
